Job Description:

  • Provide full administrative and executive business support and secretarial work to the Management team.
  • Preparation of monthly management reports, presentation material and recording of meeting minutes.
  • Support accounting team for data entry and maintain accurate and thorough finance data records, and project teams for following up on the status of projects/cross-functional tasks and assignments.
  • Handle any company related matter which may include operations, general affairs.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, project management, or engineering
  • Proven ability to deal with confidential matters and sensitive information.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and basic accounting knowledge.
  • Bilingual in English and Japanese (Proficiency JLPT N2 or higher) to liaise with the Japanese HQ and with Japanese-speaking 3rd parties. Able to do translation from Japanese to English and vice versa.
  • Able to work with deadlines and prioritize work schedule.
  • Familiar with Facilities Management and construction industry an added advantage.
