In 2019, Taisei Co., Ltd became a major shareholder of the Company and in 2025, C+H Associates Pte Ltd became fully owned by Taisei Co., Ltd, Japan, transforming from a local entity into the Regional Headquarters for a leading Japanese company which has over 65 years’ experience in providing facility management services, building renewal and hospitality services in Japan.
